The beta version of the Fiscal Arrangements User Model and the User Guide are included on this CD-ROM. Microsoft Excel is required to run the Fiscal Arrangements User Model. Adobe Reader is required to read the User Guide. Some structural changes were made to the FRWG version of the model to create this ‘user-friendly’ beta version.

The Fiscal Arrangements User Model is undergoing a testing period to check for technical issues and shortcomings. Any technical issues or suggestions can be reported to:
