Each party undertook a qualitative review of the three fiscal options explored by the FRWG by assessing them against a set of criteria based on each Party’s respective interests. This section contains each Party’s set of criteria used to assess the options followed by the assessment. Note that each evaluation was conducted independently by each of the Parties and does not necessarily reflect the views of the other Parties.
