The FRWG developed three fiscal options for qualitative and quantitative assessment (FRWG Final Report Annex C).

A qualitative analysis of the fiscal options was conducted separately by Canada, BC and the First Nations Summit (FRWG Final Report – Annex D).

The FRWG undertook a “Community Profiling and Modeling Project” to quantitatively assess the fiscal options (FRWG Final Report – Annex E)
