The tripartite Fiscal Relations Working Group (FRWG) explored options for a fiscal relationship among Canada, British Columbia and First Nations in the BC Treaty Process. The FRWG made its Final Report to the Principals (the First Nations Summit Task Group, Minister Nault and Minister Plante) on June 21, 2003.
